Where are you located?

Rivergate area, exactly location will be sent in confirmation email.

 

What if I'm running late?

10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER 10 MINUTES $15 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED. AFTER 20 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

ANY CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT OR HALF OF REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE CHARED. NO CALL NO SHOWS & SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED REMAING BALANCE.

 

How should my hair be when I arrive?

PLEASE COME WITH HAIR FREE OF ANY PREVIOUS STYLE AND FULLY DETANGLED TO AVIOD ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.

 

Can I bring someone with me?

ONE GUEST AND WELL BEHAVED KIDS ARE WELCOME TO ACCOMPANY YOU.

 

 

Do you charge a deposit? 

ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $15. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR BALANCE.

 

What form of payments do you accept?

CASH, CASHAPP, VENMO, AND ZELLE.

 

Do you service kids?

Yes, ages 4 and up. I’ve noticed that most kids actually take more time than adults. Their hair is often thicker, they’re still learning how to sit for longer appointments, and they usually come in needing a bit more detangling. Which is why prices are the same for all unless your child qualifies for kid pricing. Feel free to text or dm me.
