Cancellation Policy

I fully authorize my card on file to be charged by Queen’s Hair for 50% of the remaining balance in the event of a last minute cancellation or reschedule (less than 24 hours notice), and 100% of my remaining balance in the event of a no call. I understand all payments made to Queen’s Hair are NON-REFUNDABLE unless agreed upon by the owner of the business named above. I understand that this waives my authority to a payment dispute as I am fully aware of the payment authorization form am signing.
