Service Description
If this is your first silk press or it has been longer than 3 months, please book the queen’s full treatment or deluxe press Shampoo, blow dry, and press ONLY. Please add the proper add ons if needed. (Trims/detailed cuts not included at this price. We recommend booking a trim every 6-8 weeks.)
Cancellation Policy
I fully authorize my card on file to be charged by Queen’s Hair for 50% of the remaining balance in the event of a last minute cancellation or reschedule (less than 24 hours notice), and 100% of my remaining balance in the event of a no call. I understand all payments made to Queen’s Hair are NON-REFUNDABLE unless agreed upon by the owner of the business named above. I understand that this waives my authority to a payment dispute as I am fully aware of the payment authorization form am signing.
